The FEN intends to roll out the facility of localised access to education across Pakistan. In the initial three years 10,000 schools are expected to be opened. In the following two years another 20,000 schools will be set up. Whereas, over a period of 10 years, approx. 114,000 new such schools are planned to be established across the country. Thereafter, the program expansion shall be considered beyond Pakistan. At later stage the program can be dove-tailed with other social program having the wider horizontal coverage to build alliances and networking for accelerated expansion goals. For this purpose, Prime Minister of Pakistan Youth Loan Program, Akhuwat Microfinance, The Citizen Foundation, National Commission for Human Development or Rural Support Program etc. FEN will endeavour to leverage upon their vast presence countrywide through entering into MoUs with the latter, to synchronise with these enterprises for faster penetration and expansion.

According to UNICEF 2022 estimates nearly 22.8 million children of 5-16 years of age are out of the school in Pakistan as of today. It makes 44 percent of the total children in this age group. On this expansion framework all such children will be enrolled in formal education, on an average of 200 children in one school. The other education providers, public and private, expectedly will not be able to help reduce this quantitative challenge because they have not succeeded in doing so owing to their profit-making motive or education quality issues, respectively. Therefore, FEN is meant to and excitedly willing to embrace this ambitious challenge. This is how FEN aims to change the minds, in order to change this world. And, that too in a life-time.
